Day Two of the Enterprise Open Weekend
No sailing due to high winds
Saturday, 11h April, 2026 was the first sailing day of the first event of the Enterprise 'Cock of the North' series. We had a rainstorm, the wild wind was in the west and wreaked havoc upon the fleet of 19 boats. [21 had signed up for the event.] Generous quantities of food, drink, warmth and music were supplied. Sunday sailing was abandoned due to 'wind', the huge raffle was drawn and silver prizes gifted.
I was going to 'cut' the dogs, but hey-ho, they remain.
